2 c. Wheat Chex
2 c. Rice Chex
4 c. Corn Chex
2 c. Kix Cereal
2 c. Cheez-its
1 c. Pretzel Sticks
1 c. Honey Roasted (or salted) Peanuts

1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. mustard (brown, yellow, or both)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. kosher salt
- Combine cereals, pretzels, crackers, etc. (EXCEPT peanuts) in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine oil, honey, mustard, and seasonings with a whisk until fully combined into a thin sauce.
- Pour over dry mixture and stir with a big spoon until everything is well coated.
- Spread onto large greased sheet pan and bake at 250° for one hour, taking out and stirring mix every 20 minutes.
- When done baking, remove from oven and stir in peanuts.
- Allow to cool and dry for a few hours or overnight before bagging
**Use any mixture of cereals and crackers, etc. that you prefer to make 14 cups.
**I double this recipe since it goes quick around here, just add 20 more minutes to the baking time!

Quick Chicken Bake
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
(or use a homemade version)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
1 c. frozen corn
1 c. chopped cooked carrots
(or other veg of your choice)
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1-2 boxes Chicken stovetop stuffing, prepared
1 c. french fried onions (optional)
- Mix sour cream, soup, and grated cheddar til smooth.
- Add in seasonings, chicken, and vegetables and stir gently to combine.
- Pour into greased 9x13 pan and flatten out evenly with a spoon.
- Top with the prepared stuffing (if you like a lot of stuffing, use 2 boxes).
- Sprinkle french fried onions on top.
**Instead of stuffing, you can mix in 1 box of prepared Rice-a-Roni, put all in baking dish, and top with an additional 1 c. of grated cheese.
